Genna is a young, yet highly determined leader who is originally from New Zealand but has spent the last 6 years in Europe.

Having worked on her first start up while still at university where she undertook studies in Law, Psychology and International Relations, Genna's first project was funded by the US Government to bring solar energy to a developing cluster of isolated Pacific Islands. Upon graduation Genna climbed the ranks within the New Zealand Government, before deciding to quit everything, pack 20kgs into a suitcase, kiss goodbye to the beach and move to the other side of the world.

While studying for Masters Degree in International Conflict in Brussels, Genna teamed up with her husband to co-found Tadaweb. 5 years later, a growing team of nearly 30 employees, series A investment by some of Europe's leading investors and multi-million euro revenues, Genna has huge ambition.

Genna is a massive advocate for empowering young leaders and entrepreneurs, particularly women, and in response recently created a scholarship fund in her old high school in NZ to support young women entering STEM degrees at university.
